Terms of Service

Effective 12 July 2026 · MC Brainrot, operated from Wales, United Kingdom

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply when you use mcbrainrot.com, join MC Brainrot, or purchase server benefits. They incorporate the Server Rules, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and authorise any purchase.

2. The service

MC Brainrot provides an independently operated Minecraft multiplayer service. Availability, gameplay, balance, worlds, features, and supported Minecraft versions may change. Reasonable changes will not remove statutory rights. MC Brainrot is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

3. Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for using the correct Java or Bedrock username and for activity through your account. Do not share credentials. We may warn, mute, restrict, roll back, suspend, or ban accounts for rule breaches, fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. A purchase does not grant immunity from moderation.

4. Store and payment

Payments and checkout are provided by Tebex Limited. Before paying, Tebex displays the final product, price, billing period, taxes where applicable, and its checkout terms. You must also accept Tebex Checkout Terms. Entering the wrong username may delay or prevent delivery, so contact us promptly.

VIP subscription

VIP is a monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout. It renews until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally remove access already paid for before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel through the Tebex payment/subscription process or contact Tebex support.

Server events

A purchased event is a one-time, server-wide digital service. It may start immediately or queue behind an event already running. It is treated as consumed once triggered and cannot be replayed merely because a buyer missed part or all of it.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Correctly delivered VIP time and events that have been triggered are not eligible for discretionary refunds merely because you changed your mind, stopped playing, were offline, or were moderated. By asking for immediate digital delivery, you acknowledge that cancellation rights may be affected once performance begins.

Contact us for non-delivery, duplicate charges, an incorrect charge, or a product that is faulty or materially not as described. Where required by law, we or Tebex will provide the applicable remedy, which may include redelivery, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Do not use a chargeback as a first contact method for a support issue.

6. Virtual items

Ranks, event access, currency, brainrots, equipment, mutations, and other game benefits are licensed features of the service. They have no cash value, cannot be sold outside approved systems, and do not create ownership of server software or data.

7. Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, unauthorised third-party account use, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Consumers retain all protections under the law of England and Wales.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms for legal, safety, technical, or service reasons. Material changes will be published here with a new effective date. You may stop using the service and cancel future VIP renewals at any time.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, mandatory protections and court rights in your home jurisdiction may still apply. Send complaints to the contact email above; we will try to resolve them fairly before either party takes further action.
